Once your order arrives, we offer convenient street-side delivery. This means the order will be delivered to the first accessible area by the vehicle, making it easier for you to receive your order. Large packages (over 25-30 kg) will be delivered to the address you provided. Small packages (under 25-30 kg) will be delivered to the nearest pickup point.
After receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the package and sign the proof of delivery (POD). This is your opportunity to ensure that everything is in order. If you notice any issues with the order or if it appears damaged, please note it on the delivery document. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and this step helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service. If you discover any defects or damage during assembly, please contact our customer service immediately.
Returns
Our goal is to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Ensure a smooth return by following the simple instructions below. It is very helpful if you provide the reason for the return so we can improve our services.
Unused and undamaged products can be returned free of charge in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The amount for the returned product will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days. Business customers and customers who have not retained the original packaging will need to cover the return shipping costs and purchase appropriate packaging.
